Running in production at operational teams

For everyone drowning in documents.
Our vision is simple: documents shouldn't be manual labour.
Every document that enters your business becomes usable data on its own, without anyone retyping it.
Dottle is for you if…
- Your team retypes invoices, packing slips, CMRs or orders every day
- Documents arrive in a hundred different layouts
- You want to keep the ERP, TMS or bookkeeping you already have
- Sensitive documents need to stay inside your own walls
- You want to pay per document, not for an expensive suite
From mailbox to your system.
One continuous flow, automatic. Follow a document live from arrival to posted data.
- Documents come in
- It looks: what kind of document is this?
- It reads the important bits
- It reads with certainty
- Not sure? A person takes a look
- Everything that's right goes into your system

Logistics & transport
Cabooter Group
CMRs, invoices and orders that arrived by email used to be retyped by hand. Dottle now reads them automatically and posts the data straight through.
Food & quality inspection
HDG
Packing lists arrive as a PDF, screenshot or Excel and had to be keyed into inspection software QC4U by hand. Dottle takes over the reading, classifying and posting, end to end.

Book a demoDo my documents need a fixed format?+
No. Dottle is trained on changing layouts and a range of suppliers. When a new sender or a different template turns up, there is nothing to set up first.
What happens if a document is wrong or unreadable?+
Doubtful cases are never pushed through regardless. They land in a review screen, where a colleague confirms or fixes them in seconds. That is what keeps the data reliable.
How accurate is it?+
In day-to-day use Dottle clears the bulk of documents fully automatically, around 85% at Cabooter. The remainder runs through a human in the loop, and every decision leaves an audit trail.
Where does it run and what about our data?+
Dottle can run inside your own environment, so sensitive documents never leave your walls. The data is yours, with no lock-in.
What volume is Dottle built for?+
From a few thousand to hundreds of thousands of documents a year. The rate follows your volume: up to 25,000 documents a year you pay 40 cents per document, up to 50,000 documents 29 cents and above that 18.5 cents.
How quickly am I live?+
With standard integrations you are usually in production within two weeks. We connect to your ERP, TMS or bookkeeping and start with the document flows that cost the most manual work.
